Items Required- for Guided waterfowl hunting trips in NY, DE & MD are as follows:
For September hunts you will need last years license, this years current duck stamp, and an H.I.P.#(Harvest Information Program) in NY and this years hunting license in MD & DE.
For all other hunting after October 1st in NY, you are required to have a small game license, current duck stamp, And current H.I.P.#.
A seperate H.I.P.# is required in each state.
It is also a good idea to have chest waders or at very least, hip waders regardless of the type of hunting we will be doing.
